Showcasing Young Artistic Talent from Local Schools

A vibrant new exhibition celebrating the creativity of young artists across the region will open this May at MyPlace, Midleton, as part of the Midleton Arts Festival.
Opening on May 22nd at 7:00 pm, the exhibition features artwork created by students from nine schools in Midleton, offering a unique insight into the imagination, skill, and artistic voices of the area’s younger generation.
Developed under the Creative Artist in the Community Scheme, the project highlights the importance of arts engagement in education and provides students with an opportunity to explore their creativity in a supportive and collaborative environment. The resulting exhibition brings together a diverse range of styles, themes, and mediums, reflecting the individuality and talent of each participating school.
The exhibition forms part of the wider Midleton Arts Festival programme, which celebrates creativity, connection, and community through a variety of events and performances across the town.
