While showing us how to bake a cake, Doireann peels back the layers of her life on an Irish farm. Her memory, provoked by the ingredients, recounts a past marked by hardship, murder and intrigue, but ultimately by profound realisation and love.
This play is suitable for anyone with a love for a cúpla focail. Written to be understood, the play is 30 minutes long. It will be performed in Irish, followed by a cuppa, cúpla focail and some cake (one Alice made earlier).
